Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Payment is processed through the payment methods available at checkout. You must be authorized to use the payment method you provide.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product-description, or technical errors before fulfilling an order.


Orders

Submitting an order and receiving an automated confirmation means we have received your order.

We may cancel or decline an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorized or verified, fraud or unauthorized activity is reasonably suspected, a material pricing or listing error occurred, or the order cannot legally be fulfilled.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable payment will be refunded.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at wind.caddy.26@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, the return process will be governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy.


Shipping

Shipping availability, charges, and available delivery methods are shown at checkout.

Delivery dates or transit times provided by Wind Caddy or a shipping carrier are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Wind Caddy is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, transportation disruptions, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

30-Day Returns

Eligible return requests may be made within 30 days of delivery.

For a change-of-mind return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the refund relates to an error for which Wind Caddy is responsible.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product is received and reviewed when a return is required.

The amount of time it takes for a refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, credit-card issuer, or payment provider.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact:

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product and packaging when appropriate.

Do not mail a return until you receive return instructions from Wind Caddy.


Product Use and Responsibility

Wind Caddy is intended to help golfers visually observe wind movement.

The user is responsible for deciding how to use that information when making a golf shot.

Use the product in an appropriate outdoor area and in accordance with the instructions supplied with the product.

Do not rely on Wind Caddy for professional, emergency, aviation, meteorological, or other safety-critical wind measurements.


No Golf-Performance Guarantee

Wind Caddy does not guarantee lower golf scores, improved ball striking, a particular ball flight, exact wind speed, exact shot results, or improved tournament performance.

Wind Caddy provides information that may assist a golfer in observing wind movement. Golf performance depends on many factors beyond the product itself.


Intellectual Property

The Wind Caddy name, branding, logos, website copy, photographs, videos, graphics, product imagery, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Wind Caddy and/or Fairway Connect LLC unless otherwise stated.

You may use the website for personal shopping and informational purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, publish, or commercially exploit protected Wind Caddy content without permission or another lawful basis.


Third-Party Websites and Services

The Wind Caddy website may contain links to social media platforms, payment services, shipping providers, Fairway Connect, Same Shot Golf Podcast, or other third-party websites and services.

Those businesses operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Wind Caddy does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices, or operations of third-party websites.


Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Wind Caddy collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information.

The Privacy Policy is separate from these Terms & Conditions and should be reviewed along with them.


Website Availability

We work to keep the Wind Caddy website available, secure, and accurate, but we do not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption, delay, or technical error.

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue portions of the website when reasonably necessary.


Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates warranties, remedies, or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

Any specific product warranty expressly provided by Wind Caddy remains subject to its stated terms.

Promotions, discount codes, giveaways, and special offers may have separate eligibility requirements, dates, restrictions, or conditions.

Those conditions will be disclosed with the applicable offer.

Offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
